  • Kandi Molyneaux, Founder & CEO
    • Kandi Molyneaux has over 25 years of experience in customer-related roles including sales, sales leadership, establishing alternative sales channels, performing customer assessments, and leading cross-functional initiatives to re-engineer customer engagement processes. She has experience with commercial, federal, and civil sector customers. Prior to founding Molyneaux Consulting, and during her employment with Siemens Enterprise Networks, she participated in the Executive on Loan Program for the Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Under Secretary for Management. In this role, she developed a framework for implementing a Business Transformation Office along with a tool-kit for driving change for the back office support services organization.

    • During her career with Siemens Enterprise Networks, she defined, established, and led the Business Transformation/PMO Office, chartered with leading company-wide process re-engineering, knowledge management, change management, business requirements for enterprise scale applications, and organizational development for project management as a core enterprise competency.
    • She has been a guest speaker on the topics of process re-engineering and knowledge management for Hammer and Company and Deloitte Consulting, and is a Net Promoter Certified Associate.
  • Andy H. Song, Principle
    • Andy H. Song is a healthcare professional with 12 years of experience within the Army Medical Branch and Department of Defense environments. As a former US Army Physician Assistant with Specialty training in Aviation/Occupational Health, Andy brings deep operational knowledge in all areas of Government Health System. Andy provides unique end-user oriented subject-matter-expertise (SME) in various Defense and Healthcare consulting services. Andy gained additional Healthcare IT experiences by serving on key Defense & Veterans Affairs projects with Booz Allen Hamilton. He has managed multiple levels of healthcare professionals and implemented policies/procedures to provide worldwide medical care in combat operations.

    • While serving two tours of duty in Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) in 2007 & 2009, Andy supervised a team of 200+ US Army healthcare professionals to provide tactical medical care for over 7,000 US personnel in deployment, and coordination of medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) operations throughout Northern Iraq. While serving as the Officer-In-Charge of 24-hours Urgent Care Clinic, Camp Red Cloud in Republic of Korea, Andy led the first MASCAL exercise for the base in 2003 and oversaw the JCAHO accreditation process for the clinic in 2004.
    • His key-skills include Healthcare Operations & Clinical Analysis, Developing and Implementing Healthcare Policy, Healthcare Staff Management, Medical Research, TRICARE (DOD Healthcare System), the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
